We are a family run business based in Dunleer, Co.Louth- just off the M1 35mins north of Dublin.
We've have been designing, manufacturing and installing kitchens and fitted furniture for the north east for over 15yrs. We love to work closely with our clients to design their dream interiors, focusing mainly on kitchens, utility's, pantry's, walk in wardrobes but in general any bespoke interior fit outs . We do a wide range of different styles, get in contact and find out all we have to offer for you...
How it works
1.Contact us
-Drop us an email or call..
-Is it for an existing home or new build?? Let us know your location. Send us on your plans or measurements of the space, wish list, budget and any inspirational images you may have. The more information the better..
2.Design Process
-Arrange a Design consultation with us where we discuss your lifestyle and hopes for the space so we can get the best design for your day to day living, we will have a rough estimate of the price also.
-We will have 3d renders of the area when you visit so it is easier to imagine life in the space.
-We will then go back and forth, make any changes which need to be made until we have the best plan, layout for you.
-Pay a small design fee, which can be later taken off the price of the kitchen
3.Measurements + Fixtures phase
Receive your final design, 3d renders along with working plans for builder etc and detailed quote.
-40% booking deposit
-Measure when walls are plastered, to be fitted 6/8weeks after
Agree all finishes andd materials and agree on the fitting date
4.Manufacturing
-Goes into Manufacturing,40% payment
5. Installation
Fitting-20% payment on day of delivery. Our preference is for the flooring to be completed, depending on floor finish
-Templating for worktops will then happen when the kitchen is fitted.
-worktops are generally fitted 7/10 working days after measuring
6.Completion Stage
Final snags and your Kitchen is completed with everyone happy...
